I underwrite acquisitions, shape capital structures and work through the commercial decisions behind real estate development and delivery. I build the systems for originating deals, controlling capital and running operations.

Originations

I began my career in construction and heavy-lift operations, working as a Crane Supervisor, Slinger Signaller and Operator. That practical background now informs my work in private capital, acquisitions and real estate development.

Since June 2024, I have worked as an Associate across real estate development, private equity and venture capital. My work covers acquisition underwriting, business and real estate valuation, capital structure, and commercial and contractual execution.

I test the investment case against the reality of the business and the project: earnings, valuation, funding, contracts and delivery. I work through the commercial position and the practical decisions needed to move the project forward. I also design and build the systems for origination, financial control and AI-assisted execution, with the commercial logic determining how the product works.

I am based in London and hold the Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst (FMVA) certification from Corporate Finance Institute, alongside an HNC in Construction Management. These underpin my work in financial modelling, valuation and project delivery.
